All of us here are literally sick. Legal *technicalities* bear evidence of the immorality and the soullessness of those who make them.
Thin edge of the wedge before it becomes a no-crime.
This is how the laws work against women and children, sure they remain on the books, but the vast majority of cases won’t get a conviction (or overturned on appeal like this one). Like, rape is illegal, and think of the pathetic number of cases that get a conviction, yet it still remains on the books.
Yes, and they work very hard to ensure and perpetuate this state of legal ”technicalities” where it’s still legitimate and allowed to rape and support rape via consumption or production of pornstitution of women and children despite being illegal on the books and everything. What a hard work, and they do it all the time, because they hate us all the time and benefit from oppressing us all the time. Sure with the new neoliberal direction the politics are taking in the entire world, in a few years we’ll be talking about ”freedom of choice” for prostituted female children, sorry ”sex workers”.
